Heather Huff
Breathwork and Women Mentor
Heather Huff is a mentor, healer, and teacher whose work lives at the intersection of embodiment, energy, and the natural rhythms that shape our lives.
For more than twenty-five years, Heather has supported women in coming home to themselves through seasons of change, healing, transition, and becoming. Her work draws from decades of experience in somatic and energetic healing, breathwork, yoga, intuitive practice, and the wisdom of the natural world.
At the heart of Heather’s work is a simple but profound invitation: to pay attention. To the body. To our own knowing. To the seasons unfolding around and within us. And to the thresholds where what has been begins to give way to what is becoming.
Her evolving body of work, From the Threshold, explores these spaces through individual mentorship and healing work, group experiences, teaching, and a twice-monthly letter arriving around the New and Full Moons. Across all of her work, Heather creates spaces where women can slow down, listen more deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom already living within them.
Heather lives in the Texas Hill Country, where she can often be found teaching yoga, homeschooling her youngest daughter, wandering beside the river, or pulling her car over because the sky is simply too beautiful to drive past.
